per la cucina. Ma una cucina in legno avrà sempre un carattere di grande forza.

Che la cucina abbia un carattere proprio, e sia definita come ambiente decisamente individualizzato, è parte della cultura moderna. Prima era intesa come precipuamente dedicata alla funzionalità della conservazione e della preparazione del cibo. Oggi il design sforna ambientazioni accattivanti, dotate di caratteristiche assai variate: la cucina “country”, la cucina “retró”, la cucina “hi tech” e così via, seguendo tutte le declinazioni di tutti gli stili possibili. In ogni caso, proprio per il
suo essere cucina, ambiente legato al gesto antico della riunione familiare attorno al tavolo, si sente spesso la necessità
di una connessione col passato. Allora la scelta degli elementi in legno costituisce una opzione che unisce, al pregio estetico, l’emozione del ricordo, dello “imprinting” ambientale. Elementi in legno che possono seguire le tendenze
più avanzate del design e offrire possibilità di composizioni cromatiche ed espressive notevoli, presentando anche la particolare delicatezza al tatto data dal calore che caratterizza questo elemento naturale. E al legno ben si accosta un materiale tradizionale come la ceramica.

La mano scorre con facilità sulla superficie: è come pelle su pelle. Il legno mantiene le promesse e non respinge mai chi vi si avvicina. Dev’essere massiccio: vero, autentico, non mero rivestimento. Solido come le grosse zampe che poggiano con gravità al suolo. Spesso e compatto. E farà da eco agli aromi della cucina.

Modern culture dictates that kitchens have a character of their own, and are defined as being highly individual. Elements in wood can follow the most varied trends and advanced designs, offering remarkable expressive and chromatic qualities, including the natural warmth and feel of the material itself. Wood is also perfectly matched to a traditional material such as ceramic.
