An apartment, located in the vicinity of Naples, has been restructured by the introduction of a system comprising different levels and wings that give the environment fluidity in a varied, intelligent way. Particular emphasis has been given to the chromatic aspect with the choice of very bright, different colours for each room; even the materials, though used in a careful, beguiling fashion, play a role that is just as important. The main bathroom has been designed to ensure a basically private area that can only be accessed from the master bedroom. Many of the themes dealt with in the rest of the project can be found in this area: from the use of colour (in this case yellow, green and orange) to that of the curved lines recaptured from the sunken bath; from materials as a protagonist (in this instance Bisazza tesserae-type mosaic and marble) to the various floor levels.
