This swimming pool is located in Costa Smeralda. It was built within a preexisting garden in accordance with plants with a sinuous path that was possible thanks to the use of reinforced concrete. The natural rocks, already included in the design, soften its boarders and are linked to the free paths of myrtles, strawberry trees, mastic trees and rosemay. The gazebo lies on chamfer worked pilasters that spontaneously rise from ground as natural components of the surrounding rocks. Even the rock, derived from a big granite rock’s channel, is in the sign of mimesis.
Many details help to make this place a resting area as the peculiar design of the small stairs with wrap-around steps and granite rail. In this sky-blue mirror sounds and scents are gathered in the surrounding Mediterranean under-growth.
The swimming pool covering, which was made with a wonderful mosaic drawing and squared small tesseras, helps to highlight the sky and sea blue colours.
