On show the art of iron Il comune di Stia (Arezzo) e l’associazione autonoma per la biennale nazionale del ferro battuto di stia, dal 4 al 7 settembre 2003 organizzano la xv biennale europea d’arte fabbrile – rassegna dell’artigianato del ferro battuto. Attraverso le varie edizioni la mostra del ferro battuto ha acquisito un grado di specializzazione sempre maggiore, fino a diventare uno dei maggiori appuntamenti del settore a livello europeo. Si tratta di una rassegna della più variegata produzione d’arte fabbrile: tutti i ferri battuti a mano, rigorosamente selezionati come autentica espressione di un’arte antica. The municipality of Stia (Arezzo) and the self-governing association for the national wrought-iron biennial of stia, from 4 to 7 september 2003 are organising the xvth european smithery biennial – exhibition of wrought-iron craftsmanship. With the various editions of the wrought-iron exhibition the event has become increasingly specialised, to the extent of turning into one of the key european appointments of the sector. The exhibition represents the most varied production of the art of wrought iron. All the iron is beaten by hand and carefully selected for its genuine expression of an old art form.
