Nothing is left to chance with houses designed by austrian architect george werner reinberg. Internationally renowned as an expert in sustainable architecture, his buildings all have energysaving design. Bioclimatic solutions have a rational design with large windows and Solar panels that have been studied for their looks.

A new equilibrium is established when the sun enters and permeates the building, and when nature becomes a cog in
the wheel of the architectural whole. The house takes on a friendly appearance.

These techniques are ancient, let there be no doubt. Who would say no to a perfectly conditioned house that does not use noisy air conditioners? Here, in the austrian alps, this dream has come true.

A bioclimatic home has natural air-conditioning in the rooms using appropriate screens and
the recycling of air.

Open on one side, the patio is almost worthy of a Roman villa. The living-room wall looking onto the patio is entirely of
glass. Light is made the most of here, especially in the cool Austrian climate. But the most important part of this house is
out of sight. Consumed air is taken outside by means of a system of tubes, while another system of tubes brings air in.
Thermal exchange occurs because of the proximity of the tubes to the conductor, which warms the inbound cold air in
winter. The fresh air conductors pass underground, making the most of the thermal inertia. In winter, the air is heated and in summer it cools. It is a silent and natural air-conditioner.
