Questa villa,di grandi dimensioni,è costruita su tre livelli più un sottotetto ed è stata realizzata con le più moderne tecnologie della prefabbricazione su misura,nel rispetto delle tradizioni delle tipiche case austriache in legno,
utilizzando materiali naturali. L ‘esterno è scandito dal susseguirsi delle finestre e presenta una struttura articolata, movimentata dai livelli sfalsati del tetto.

This villa of large dimensions is built on three levels with an attic,and was made with the most modern technolo- gies of customised prefab sector in the respect of traditions of the typical Austrian wooden houses and using natural materials. Outside it is featured from a series of windows and has an articulated structure,animated from the splitlevels of the roof.

Il legno usato è il pino e le pareti interne sono trattate a ce- ra che,oltre a nutrire e proteggere il legno,profuma piace- volmente la casa. La zona giorno,a pianterreno,è un ambiente unico. Le numerose finestre della cucina,unite alla semplice veranda, affacciata sul giardino,dove è sistemata la zona pranzo, contribuiscono a rendere molto luminosa questa parte della casa.Una imponente stufa,rifinita ad intonaco bianco,divide idealmente questa zona dal soggiorno. Molti elementi d ‘arredo e oggetti,come le porte interne, sono stati acquistati in mercatini d ‘antiquariato della zona per mantenere lo stile tipico.

The used wood is pine and internal walls are waxed;wax in addition to protect wood pleasantly perfumes the house.The living area at the ground floor is only one room.The numerous windows of the kitchen together with the simple veranda that faces the garden,where the dining area is located, help to make very bright this part of the house.An imposing stove,refinished with white plaster,ideally separates this area from the living room. Many furnishing elements,such as internal doors,have been purchased in local antique markets in order to keep the typical style.

Si accede alla zona notte padronale dall ‘ingresso principale, mediante una candida scala dalla morbida forma arcuata.La camera mansardata presenta mobili bianchi ravvivati da un tenue colore pastello;il letto è inserito come in una nicchia, mentre nell ‘angolo accanto alla finestra,un piccolo tavolo in midollino viene utilizzato dalla padrona di casa per il suo hobby:il ricamo.

From the main door a white staircase goes up to the own- ers ‘night area.The mansard room has white furniture smarted up from soft pastel colour;the bed is inserted in a niche,while in the corner next to the window,a small pith table is used from the owner for her hobby:embroidery.
