 Costituisce una reinterpretazione in chiave occidentale di alcune atmosfere giapponesi, una mansarda a Milano. Il letto, formato da un supporto ligneo essenziale e da un futon, è separato dal soggiorno da una serie di porte shoj in legno e carta di riso. E’ una pianta elastica che riproduce le tradizioni orientali.
This attic in Milan is a Western reinterpretation of Japanese atmospheres. The bed, consisting of an essential wooden platform and a futon, is divided from the living room by a series of wood and rice paper shoj doors. It’s an ‘elastic’ arrangement that reminds of Far East traditions. Une mansarde à Milan est la réinterprétation occidentale de certaines ambiances japonaises. Le lit, constitué d’un support essentiel en bois et d’un futon, est séparé du séjour par une série de portes shoj en bois et papier de riz. Bei dieser Mansardenwohnung in Mailand handelt es sich um eine Neuinterpretation in westlichem Gewand mit einigen japanischen Einschlägen. Das aus einem starken Holzträger und einem Futon bestehende Bett wird vom Wohnzimmer durch eine Reihe von Shoj-Türen aus Holz und Reispapier getrennt.
