di trasporto, montaggio e riscaldamento, è la materia prima utilizzata dall’Azienda nella realizzazione delle sue case. Il pluriennale know-how e le esperienze guadagnate nella costruzione di più di 3.000 case GriffnerHaus in Austria, Germania, Svizzera e Italia hanno fatto della Azienda una delle realtà più innovative d'Europa nell'ambito delle costruzioni in legno. Il corpo centrale della casa di Mannheim è stato ampliato con due moduli annessi.
Il balcone del piano superiore funge da terrazza coperta a piano terra, il cui rivestimento di pregio costituisce un’innovazione nelle finiture delle superfici. Un secondo corpo edilizio sfalsato a piano terra seduce grazie alla
notevole altezza degli spazi. La superficie completamente vetrata sottolinea la vocazione da ‘loft’ della casa nella
sua zona giorno a piano terra. Ma è la luce la vera protagonista della Design box di Mannheim, tanto di giorno,
quando gli elementi oscuranti scorrevoli producono cangianti giochi di luci ed ombre, quanto di notte, grazie all’imponente e suggestiva illuminazione, frutto di una raffinata progettazione.

The central body of the house in Mannheim has been enlarged by two annexed modules. The balcony of the upper floor acts as a covered terrace on the ground floor, the elegant cladding of which is an innovation in the field of surface finishes. A second offset volume on the ground floor makes an appealing use of high spaces. The extensive use of glass underlines the 'loft' aspect of the house in the living area on the ground floor.
Light is the real protagonist of the Design box in Mannheim, both during the day when sliding blinds create changing effects of light and shadow, and at night thanks to the substantial use of attractive and well designed lighting.
