IL MODULO LEGNOTECNOLOGIA ha organizzato nello scorso mese di ottobre un importante convegno sull’edilizia
a basso consumo energetico, presso il PalaExpo di VeronaFiere, con la partecipazione di svariate aziende del settore e con la presenza di importanti relatori come l’arch. Aldo Andreoli e l’ing. Attilio Marchetti Rossi.
Una sala gremita in ogni ordine di posti, un programma e relazioni di qualità, la presenza di televisione e stampa
e l’intervento della amministrazione comunale di Verona hanno decretato il successo dell’evento organizzato dalla
società veronese per la promozione e la divulgazione delle strutture in legno. Con cinque case da consegnare
entro fine 2007 e in vista di una prospettiva per il 2008, con un aumento delle strutture da realizzare, il MODULO
LEGNOTECNOLOGIA si struttura modernamente e si amplia, con l’arrivo tra le sue fila di collaboratori di Attilio Marchetti Rossi e di Aldo Andreoli.
Con Marchetti Rossi, ingegnere strutturale e progettista del legno, la società con sede a Verona, si organizza per
divenire un punto di riferimento per il Triveneto ma anche più ampiamente per il nord-Italia, per la progettazione e
la realizzazione di strutture in legno di ogni sorta e genere.
“L’idea di Attilio era quella di creare tre o quattro “poli” in Italia per la progettazione di strutture come palestre,
piscine ma anche case o ponti”, commenta Davide Mantoan, Direttore Commerciale de “il MODULO”. “Con noi si realizza quella che possiamo chiamare la “sede staccata” del suo studio di progettazione e quindi in seno alla nostra società si crea quello che è per tutto ed in tutto una vera struttura di progettazione e di realizzazione di strutture, con la firma di Marchetti Rossi.

In questo modo, i nostri clienti sapranno che avranno tutto il supporto tecnico di uno studio di ingegneria specializzato e noi, come azienda, ci proponiamo come referenti dello Studio Marchetti Rossi per il nord, creando
quindi una rete di scambio simbiotico, a tutto vantaggio della nostra clientela.”
“Aldo Andreoli”, continua Matteo Lucchese, Brand Manager della società, “diventa il nostro architetto in site; l’arrivo di Aldo significa proporsi al cliente con un architetto che “progetta italiano”. L’obbiettivo che ci poniamo è quello di dare al cliente tutto il supporto che egli necessita per la realizzazione della sua casa prefabbricata in legno, modificando sensibilmente la vecchia tendenza della prefabbricazione con chiari tratti architettonici prettamente “nord-europei” e andando verso un “italian-style” sempre più marcato. Si viene ad offrire quindi al cliente un bouquet di possibilità che antecedentemente non si aveva.
Praticamente, Aldo può seguire i desideri del cliente progettando qualsiasi struttura, tonda, quadrata, ad archi
e…far volare la fantasia! Marchetti Rossi conferirà alle strutture sostanza strutturale con le sue capacità…e poi
verrà realizzata, tramite la nostra società!

“il MODULO LEGNOTECNOLOGIA” è inoltre impegnato in un progetto che verrà alla luce nei primi mesi del 2008 del quale possiamo anticipare solo alcuni render fotografici e di più possiamo dire solamente che sarà un progetto
innovativo realizzato in collaborazione con lo studio ABW Architetti Associati di Alberto Burro e Alessandra Bertoldi di Verona.

Last October IL MODULO LEGNOTECNOLOGIA organised an important conference on low-energy buildings at the
PalaExpo of VeronaFiere; numerous companies in the sector participated in the event, with prominent speakers the likes of Architect Aldo Andreoli and Engineer Attilio Marchetti Rossi. With a chock-full conference room, a first-class lecture programme, television and press coverage, and support from the municipality of Verona, this event was a success; it was organised by the Verona based company to promote and divulge the use of buildings in wood. With five houses to be delivered by the end of 2007, and with a forecast increase in the number of houses to be built in 2008, MODULO LEGNOTECNOLOGIA is preparing for expansion with the likes of Attilio Marchetti Rossi and Aldo Andreoli joining the team.
With the arrival of structural engineer and wood designer, Marchetti Rossi, the company is set to become a point of
reference in the Triveneto region of Italy and beyond with regards the design and construction of all types of wood building.
'Attilio's idea was to create three or four "poles" in Italy for the design of buildings such as gymnasiums and swimming pools or even houses and bridges,' says Davide Mantoan, sales executive of 'Il MODULO'. 'By joining our team he can set up a separate office to his design studio; our company thus has a fully-fledged structure for the design and construction of buildings with the Marchetti Rossi name. This part of the company could ideally be called the engineering department. In so doing, our clients will have all the technical support of an engineering studio and we, as a company, can offer ourselves as a point of reference for the Studio Marchetti Rossi in the north of Italy, thus creating a network of exchange that can only benefit our clientele. 'Aldo Andreoli,' continues Matteo Lucchese, the company's brand manager, 'joins us as our in-house architect. With Aldo on the team, we can offer our services to our clientele with an architect who designs things Italian style. We want to give the client all the support he needs to build a prefabricated house in wood, while radically changing the tendency to have distinctly north-European features by moving towards an increasingly pronounced Italian style.
