- Residenz, Blockhaus e Lignopan - sono realizzate interamente in legno, materia prima per eccellenza, che cresce
a ciclo continuo in natura (28 secondi è il tempo nel quale sulle Alpi ricrescono 70 m3 di legno ovvero all'incirca la quantità media di legno per costruire una casa Rubner). Di lunga durata e provvista di eccezionali qualità termo-isolanti, il legno è abbinato a materiali naturali come sughero, canapa e gesso e a prodotti ecologici privi di additivi chimici. All'avanguardia in termini di efficienza energetica e comfort abitativo, tutte consentono di ridurre l'inquinamento atmosferico e garantiscono un risparmio sulle spese di riscaldamento fino al 40% poiché i materiali e le tecnologie costruttive impiegate sono ecologici e consentono il mantenimento del clima interno costante sia in estate che in inverno. Leading the way in terms of energy efficiency and living comfort, all Rubner houses reduce atmospheric pollution and guarantee energy savings of up to 40% for heating. This is because the materials and building technologies used are eco-friendly and capable of maintaining a constant indoor atmosphere both in summer and winter. Rubner Haus homes have always respected energy saving requirements and environmental sustainability, today certified by the ClimateHouse Agency of Bolzano. This certification has various categories of energy efficiency based on the yearly consumption of heat, and it certifies both the high quality of the houses and the entire Rubner Haus production cycle. Sure enough, in April 2007 the company was the first to be awarded the 'ClimateHouse Certified Company Diploma'.
This is a new certificate that evaluates the quality of the entire production and sales cycle, from the initial contact with
the customer to the implementation of the project itself.
