La villa, che è stata progettata partendo da un’attenta analisi bioclimatica del luogo, sarà realizzata con il sistema
costruttivo brevettato Home Plus (tale sistema sostituisce la struttura in calcestruzzo con una struttura in legno lamellare a telaio: tutti gli elementi sono prodotti con macchine computerizzate a controllo numerico e sono facili da assemblare in cantiere, mentre i tamponamenti a secco vengono realizzati in cantiere permettendo in questo modo la massima flessibilità e versatilità di costruzione) di proprietà di Le Ville Plus, ed applicherà tutte le tecnologie e le soluzioni di domotica che l’azienda sta sperimentando a livello di eccellenza nel progetto Casa Zero Energy.

The house, designed with an initial bioclimatic analysis of the site, will be made using the Le Ville Plus Home Plus patented building system (a system that replaces the concrete structure with a glulam wood framework: all components are made using CNC machines and are easily assembled on site, with dry mortarless infillings made on site to provide maximum flexibility and versatility of construction), and will apply all the domotics technology that the company is testing for excellence in the Zero Energy House project.
