AliseA eco guest house è ben più di un B&B, ma non è un albergo. Situata sulla sommità di una collina, ai margini
di Roero, nel cuneese, la struttura è nata dalla volontà di due giovani proprietari allo scopo di condividere con i propri ospiti la bellezza e la tranquillità del luogo . La costruzione è iniziata nel 2005 e la struttura è stata inaugurata poco più di un anno dopo. La realizzazione è stata eseguita in tempi straordinariamente brevi, soprattutto tenendo conto delle dimensioni della casa e della complessità degli impianti. Gran parte della struttura è prefabbricata ad opera della Kager Italia. Grazie alla prefabbricazione e alla grande cura degli impianti la struttura offre un livello di comfort eccezionale. Il calore che riscalda gli ambienti e l'acqua della doccia viene estratto dal terreno circostante tramite una pompa di calore a scambio geotermico e d'estate gli ambienti sono raffrescati grazie al fresco proveniente dal terreno. Le 10 stanze ed i miniappartamenti per gli ospiti offrono le comodità di un grande albergo ma con l’accoglienza di una dimora a conduzione familiare.

The AliseA Eco Guest House is much more than a B&B, although it is not a hotel. Situated atop a hill on the outskirts of Roero (near Cuneo), the structure originated from the intention of the two young owners to share the beauty and tranquillity of the place with their guests. Construction commenced in 2005, and the building was opened a little more than a year after. The project was carried out in record time, especially considering the size of the house and the complexity of its installations.
Most of the structure was prefabricated by Kager Italia.
Thanks to prefabrication and the great care taken over installations, the building offers an exceptional level of comfort. The heat that warms the rooms and the hot water for the shower is taken from the surrounding terrain by means of a heat pump with geothermal exchange; in summer, rooms use the cool ground to keep temperatures down. The 10 rooms and mini-apartments for the guests offer the comfort of a large hotel and the welcome of a family home.
